At EverGain Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened supplements
• Used products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
